JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kajra P. S. Case No. 112 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 272, 27 & 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 309a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 20 liters of liquor from the Laxminiya Bahiyar and on confidential information, 14 accused persons are named including the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confidential information about the source of information, which is not mentioned, nothing is against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.
