No. 61432 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61432 of 2019 may be extended by further two weeks.

In view of the submission, let the period of surrender be extended by further two weeks from the date of this order and accordingly, the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61432 of 2019 stands modified to the
