2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, registered for offences under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 96, 143(2), (3), (4), (5), and 144 of the BNS; Section 8 of the POCSO Act; Sections 3 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act; and Section 81 of the JJ Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the business of human trafficking.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2025.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. From the statement of the victim girls, it appears that they were trying to enter Nepal willingly along with the accused persons including the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025.
