Mr.Syed Mojibur Rahman ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.414 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far prosecution case is concerned, petitioner and other co-accused called the brother of the informant from his house. Later on, the informant found the dead body of his brother towards 500 yards south from the house of the petitioner. It appears that motorcycle and sandal of the deceased were also found in the Gaushala of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion and he is in custody since 12.08.2019.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 86977 of 2019(5) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 informant who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that prayer has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 813 of 2020 which is similar. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
