JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard Mr. Hardayal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and several others are alleged to have assaulted the informant. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have assaulted the informant by the butt of a gun and is also alleged to have opened fire.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the implication is because of enmity.

Considering the aforenoted submissions on behalf of the petitioner and the nature of accusation against him, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 459 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
