2. Having regard to the fact that appellant - Naresh Ram has attained age of superannuation and retired from service on 30.11.2018, there is delay of about 3 and 1⁄2 years in settling his dues. Therefore, the appellant is entitled to interest on belated settlement of dues. The same shall be calculated
