The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marhowrah PS Case No.529 of 2018 dated 10.11.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. discloses that she has married with the petitioner. No doubt she is minor and the petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of the case. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail

Having heard both sides and considering the submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah PS Case No.529 of 2018.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
