Petitioners happens to be the mother-in-law, Dewar and married Nanad. Case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that marriage was solemnized in the year 2012 and as such no case is made out under Section 304B of the I.P.C. is made out and no accusation has been made against these persons. They reside separately and the other two accused persons i.e. fatherin-law, brother-in-law, have been granted bail by a coordinate

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria, in connection with Bousi P. S. Case No. 08 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
