Petitioner is accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 1032 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
