No. 18662 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 12.09.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.5375 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the preset petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 18662 of 2019 , to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects, as pointed out by the registry in the aforesaid writ petition, within a period of four weeks' from today as also subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within the aforesaid time frame.

The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
