2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P. S. Case No.273 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 380, 452, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Petitioner is said to have given 'Pitna' blow causing injury to mother of the informant. The injury report of mother of the informant annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition, which goes to show that the aforesaid injured sustained simple injury. Moreover, petitioner happens to be a female.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this

No.86955 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P. S. Case No.273 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
