Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Athmalgola P.S.Case No164 of 2019, G.R.No.1340 of 2019 dated 7.9.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the Dewar and the petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are the unmarried Nanad of the informant. There is allegation of demand and torture to the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4531 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole family members have been made accused in this case. As they are Dewer and Nanad , nothing to do with the affairs of the husband of the husband and ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S.Case No164 of 2019, G.R.No.1340 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
