Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 254(B), 307, 447, 448, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 15.10.2019 while he was sitting near his door meanwhile F.I.R named accused including petitioner came there variously armed and thereafter assaulted informant and his wife and also

Allegation against petitioner Ramesh Chopal is that he disrobed his wife and outrage her modesty. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Araria, in connection with Bargama P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019, subject to conditions:
(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court..
(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will
