2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63807 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the compliance of the order granting anticipatory bail could not be made within the stipulated time as the petitioners were in Delhi at the relevant time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.261 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63807 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
