2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 118 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant alleged that on 20.07.2025 , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted husband of informant by means of knife .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is mother-in -law of the informant who is alleged to have facilitated the commission of offence by catching hold of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1682 of 2026(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 the deceased. Specific accusation of stabbing the deceased is against co-accused Md. Soni Ansari and Md. Sikandar Ansari. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 473 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
