This application is filed for modification of order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62464 of 2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail on 17.10.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62464 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.257 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as ordered on 17.10.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62464 of 2019 be further extended by three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62464 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.
