JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the theft of motorcycle and on demand he could not produce document with regard to the ownership of the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2019, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87013 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019.
