Petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondents to inquire the matter as to why after resignation of Ruma Kumari, 2nd empanelled candidate was not appointed on the post of Katchahry Secretary.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his representation dated 20.05.2019 before respondent No.2 (Annexure-19 to the writ petition) is still pending for consideration.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1195 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Sheikhpura to dispose of the representation of petitioner (Annexure-19 to the writ petition) in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
