The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has looted mobile and motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. He is in custody since 16.10.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR yet he has not been put on TIP, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties
