The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 342, 323, 379, 307, 452, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the injured with pistol. The cause of dispute is previous enmity between the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other accused persons, namely, Ajay Mistry, Arvind Kumar, Deepak Kumar and Harendra Kumar; and Sanjay Mistry have been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Benches of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87251 of 2019(4) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 Court vide orders dated 18.12.2019 and 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83860 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 85602 of 2019, respectively.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, nature of injuries which are simple and the orders passed by the coordinate Benches of this Court, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
