JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kurlikot P. S. Case No. 60 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 353, 337, 338, 414, 428, 429 of IPC, Section 4(b) of the Bihar Prevention and Improvement of Animal Act and Section 11(i) (a) (d) (e) (f) of Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act.

As per F.I.R. allegation of smuggling of cattles against the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case only suspicion. No specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87147 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Kurlikot P. S. Case No. 60 of 2019 with condition that within ten days of his release, he has to appear before the I.O. and co-operate in the investigation, otherwise, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
