====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No.79 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by pressing her neck. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of

After marriage of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, with Ravi Mandal, the son of the petitioners, the petitioners used to reside separate with them but with an ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been implicated in this case. The petitioner no.1 is in custody since 21.07.2019, whereas the petitioner no.2 is in custody since 24.07.2019. On investigation, the police has already submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka, Civil Court, Banka, in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No.79 of 2019.
