Petitioner is in custody in connection with S. Tr. No. 353 of 2019 arising out of Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 for the offence under sections 414, 413, 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because bad name the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

It is true that large number of cases against this petitioner but in the instant case the name of the petitioner was disclosed by one Ramsewak Yadav.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2019.

No.2891 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, in connection with S. Tr. No. 353 of 2019 arising out of Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018.
