The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gaya RPF Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 3 of the R.P. (U.P.) Act.

In the instant case on secret information 49 Computer Monitors were recovered which is said to be the railway property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 26.10.2019. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
