2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code were added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025 and has clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2012 subject to conditions that:- (i). Till the framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear physically in the trial and after framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through her lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
