JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 The present writ petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been informed by the Manager of the concerned Bank that the amount pertaining to arrears of family pension has been received and in a couple of days,

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file an interlocutory application for revival of the present petition and initiating contempt proceedings against the defaulters in case, the arrears of pension is not credited to her account.
