2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other F.I.R. named accused and five unknown persons assaulted informant and his family members as a result of which they sustained multiple injuries. It is further alleged that the accused persons also snatched gold locket and earrings.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. Injuries sustained by

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, injuries and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
