Grievance raised by the petitioners is that due mark has not been awarded for experience to the petitioners; and those below to the petitioners in the merit list prepared for appointment of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) Grade 'A' have been appointed ignoring superior claim of the petitioners.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1407 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that representation has been filed by the petitioners which is Annexure 6 of the writ petition, and that authority may be directed to consider the same.

In view of said submission, keeping writ petition pending would serve no useful purpose. Writ petition is therefore, disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 (Superintendent, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur) to dispose of representation of the petitioners (Annexure 6) within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
