The license of the petitioner has been cancelled by the licensing authority, which order has been appealed against before the appellate authority vide Appeal No. 19 of 2019.

The appellate authority, viz, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is directed to dispose off the appeal by a reasoned order within a period of 60 days

Patna High Court CWJC No.1393 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

Needless to state that the order shall be passed after adverting to all the grounds raised on behalf of the petitioner in the memo of appeal and after affording opportunities of hearing to the petitioner and other stakeholders.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
