2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 804 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted one Upendra Ray causing simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is false and fabricated. There is land dispute between the parties also.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 804 of 2025.
