Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 448, 386, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 21.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51163 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.861 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 865 of 2018.
