The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019, registered under Sections 120(B) and 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are Bhaisur and Gutni of the deceased,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3662 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 daughter of the informant and petitioner no. 2 is co-villager of petitioner no.1, in fact, deceased died due to suffering from diarrhea but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
