Petitioner is accused in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with
