Claiming to have worked as Executive Assistant, under the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Banka (respondent No. 6) in between 01.12.2014 to 12.05.2017, the petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a direction to pay his dues, which are admitted for the said period. The petitioner has approached the District Manager by way of a representation dated 18.05.2017 (Annexure- 13). If the said representation has not been disposed of till date and if

Patna High Court CWJC No.1795 of 2020(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 payments of admissible dues are not paid till date, the same shall be done by respondent No. 6 in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
