Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 04 of POCSO Act.

In view of the allegation levelled by the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-1) that this petitioner has committed rape on her. Victim's age has been assessed by the Court as 16 years. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances his prayer of bail is rejected.
