2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(I) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing upon the respondents to enter the name of petitioner in the Electoral Roll in the PACS Election of Dahauru Panchayat within the Block of Dihri and District- Rohtas, which has

(II) To direct the respondent no.04 to enter the name of petitioner in the Electoral Roll of PACS under the Dahauru Panchayat within Dihri Block of Rohtas District.

(III) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. As the elections have already been held and result declared, the relief for including the name of the petitioner in the Electoral Roll for the election to the said PACS itself has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum/authority, in accordance with law, in the matter.
