1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter dated 15.03.2019, issued by the Labour Superintendent, Purnea, by which the petitioner has been paid outstanding dues of rent, starting from the period 02.01.2008, totalling to a sum of Rs.1,58,308/-, instead of the actual amount i.e. Rs.4,77,278/-, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
