The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The alleged recovery is from the straw at the outhouse of the co-accused with which this petitioner has no concern.
