In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.310 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 41

(1) and 32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation has been made that about 53.325 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered behind the house of the petitioner.

Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
