2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have stopped the victim and fired upon him causing injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2025 and has nine criminal antecedents out of which there are four cases of murder.

4. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
