2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malahi P.S. Case No. 300 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1), 127(2), 75(2), 74, 303(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have attempted to commit rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending, in connection with Malahi P.S.
