JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, ,149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of the this fact that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and having, more or less, similar allegation several other F.I.R named accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court vide different orders, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87029 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
