2. The present application has been filed "for modification of the order dated 17.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80437 of 2018 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one of the conditions imposed for grant of anticipatory bail was "that the petitioners shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned." It is submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is a student and petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86755 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 2 is a daily wage earner and the petitioners are cooperating in the trial from the very beginning of the investigation.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court does not find any satisfactory ground made out for allowing the prayer of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 17.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80437 of 2018.

4. The petition stands dismissed.
