2. Learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the earlier bail application being Cr. Misc. No. 29904 of 2025 all the antecedents of the petitioner had not been declared in paragraph-3 of the petition and hence despite bail being granted to him on 17.06.2025, the bail bond was not accepted.

3. It is submitted that order dated 17.06.2025 may be modified.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file fresh bail application bringing on record the entire criminal history of the petitioner which shall be considered on its merit.
