Petitioner is accused in connection with Nawangar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019/Ex. GR No. 664 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/41(i) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.11.2019.
