2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P. S. Case No.515 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the I.P.C. 3.The name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who was along with one another, caught with stolen motorcycle and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Paragraph-3 of the petition goes to show that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this

No.86690 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (T) P. S. Case No.515 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
