Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494,498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already closed. Allegation is under Sections 494 and 498A I.P.C.

Considering the period already undergone and the fact that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.86605 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barh Police Station Case No.197 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
