The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. The accusation is of killing of niece of the informant by her husband and in-laws within one year of her marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand dowry. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased due to anger, the deceased committed suicide consuming poison. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of
