Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

172 litres of liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner and other co-accused persons. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent as well as criminal cases under Section 395 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Korainsari Police Station Case No. 64 of 2019/Excise G.R. No. 646/2019 pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87160 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Buxar. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
