ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.645 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle nor the Driver of the vehicle from which the alleged recoveries were said to have been made and that the recoveries were not from his conscious possession and that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-
